Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays
10:30 am to 7:00 pm
What to bring:
- Proof of identification
- Social Security Cards for you, your spouse and dependents and/or a Social Security Number verification letter issued by the Social Security Administration - NO EXCEPTIONS
- Wage and earning statement(s) - Form W-2, W-2G, 1009-R, from all employers
- Birth dates for you, your spouse and dependents on the tax return
- Current year's tax package if you received one
- Bank routing numbers and account numbers for direct deposit
- Interest and dividend statements from band (Forms 1099)
- A copy of last year's federal and state returns - if available
- Total paid for daycare provider and the daycare providers tax indentifying number (the provider's Social Security Number or the provider's business Employer Identification Number)
If you are filing married jointly, both spouses must be present in order to sign all the forms - NO EXCEPTION

Traiga lo siguiente:
Identificación
- Su tarjetas de Seguro Social, el de su conyugue y dependientes o una carta de la Administración de Seguro Social que verifica el número de seguro.
- No se harán excepciones
- Formas W-2, W-2G, 1099-R, de todos sus empleos
- Su fecha de nacimiento, el de su conyugue y dependientes que incluirá en la declaración
- Cheque cancelado con número de cuentas bancarias para depósito directo.
- Estado de cuentas de intereses, dividendos, Formas 1099.
- Si tiene copia disponible de su declaración de impuestos del año pasado, tráigasela.
- Si pago a una guardería para que le cuidaran a sus hijos traiga con usted el Número de Identificación de la guardería.
Ambos cónyuges necesitan estar presentes si están declarando juntos.
No se harán excepciones.
